        Staff is more worried about your personal life than focusing on the children thats in their care, phone lines NEVER WORKS, you get your notifications late or either the next day, Last THEY HAVE POSITIVE COVID AND RSV CASES AND DONT NOTIFY THE FAMILY UNTIL YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD OUT. The list goes on Do your research before you send your child to this daycare

        We have loved our experience at Bright Horizons Detroit Diesel. We left due to the pandemic but when we had the chance to return jumped at it. The staff are dedicated, caring, and focused on the development of the whole child. I would give 10 stars of I could!

        I absolutely love Bright Horizons Detroit Diesel!!! Yesterday I asked my 19 month old if she wanted more milk. She actually was able to sign more milk. When shes at home and she hears the ABCs she tries to sing along. I know its such a challenging time for everyone due to COVID but everyone is doing a phenomenal job. She absolutely loves her teacher-so much so that she would not go into the building yesterday until she came in. Im happy that my daughter is in a safe and caring environment.
