They always lock their doors 15-20 minutes before their posted closing time even when no ones in line, wasted me multiple trips. Dont understand why they dont just close at 4:00; 4:30 is a straight up lie.

Everytime I visit in the past I usually get pretty good customer service. Until recently Nicole and phidell new employees are very disrespectful and rude. Nicole had refused to give my my package even though it is marked delivered to my home which it was not. She began to write on my package, which I am sure is against all guidelines, and also disrespected me. I asked to speak with supervisor phidell who was actually rude as well would not let me voice my concerns and proceeded to take my package and return it back to sender. Their actions against me was illegal and further action needs to be taken.

Normally the ladies at this location are helpful and nice, however the last few times they've been curt or straight up rude. Usually understaffed so expect to wait. Have mailed out the exact same envelope for under $2, this time she charges it as a package and says if I want to mail it as an envelope I should go to another location. I also don't know why they bother putting up signs about what stamps they have if they're going to be rude when you ask about them. It's currently Year of the Dragon, and those stamps came out mid Jan, and they want to argue and say those haven't been available for years and then say BYE. Save yourself the grief and go a few extra minutes to Fort Street.

Showed up at 1:10 pm and they lock the door and say they are going for lunch for 1 hour. There are no lunch hours posted.
