Extreme Plumbing

Timothy was assigned as the technician for replacing my water heater by my warranty company. I called him and paid the $75 copay via cashapp and then right after my warranty company advised that they wont cover the repair. I immediately called Timothy back and asked if he could still do the work and use the $75 towards the cost of the repair. He agreed but later he called my property management company and said he couldnt go by the property. I waited until Monday to see if he was going to provide a quote. He never did. I called him and asked for a refund, he said he would. I also followed up with a text. I texted again earlier this week and he advised he would. Now I see he has cancelled my refund request. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not recommend hiring timothy. I dont think $75 is enough to damage someone's professional reputation is but apparently it is.

When it comes to plumbing these gentleman are excellent, exceptional work and when they're done with the work they give u an detail information on your problem and helpful tips preventable maintenance I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right
