I visited today with a cashier's check and was instantly stereotyped. I was disrespected repeatedly, I asked over and over for a manager and was told (to my surprise) she ( the disrespectful teller/cashier) was the manager.I even called multiple times,I asked for upper management she told there was no one else to talk to.She refused to give her name. She was the most disrespectful person I've met. She was constantly cursing and making homophobic statements. The main reason I am writing this as public statement on Google reviews is because she refused to give me any information about a grievance or complaint system. Inhopes of her actual boss see this please reach out. And I will confirm everything.

Great customer service friendly staff helped me out with the assistance that I need in cashing my check and also is 24 hours will definitely be back

This place has the worst customer service ever..these women seem over tired for no reason..and check out how the owner tried to write a good review but was to stupid to know that it was going to show up as the owner writing the fake review ..this just goes to show you how these people are..I walked out and advise no one to do business with people who act like you are a headache...

The customer service was great but I was nervous when she took a picture of the check with her phone to be verified to see how much it would cost. They charged 10% for a Walmart settlement check which was gonna cost me $400.00 . I would use them for other services for sure .
