        I was visiting Detroit from out of state when my phone suddenly bricked. There are very few services and no Apple Store in the downtown area, so having someone come to the hotel, quickly and courteously repair my phone, and charge a reasonable amount was priceless.

In fact, many places I call say they dont even do Apple Watches but Mike is an expert. He even fixed an issue that everyone online said there was no solution for.
