Buying a new house and selling a house that we have lived in for over 20 years could have been a very stressful and overwhelming process but Erica and her team made it easy!! We will be forever grateful for their help in making our dream to become Detroit homeowners a reality!

Erica was incredibly (beyond incredibly I just cant think of the right word amazingly!) helpful to us when we had a family emergency that required us to relocate and sell our house very quickly. We had a tremendous result working with our team of Julia and Erica. Julia helped my wife and I find the home we recently purchased and together these two were on top of everything. They were available any time of the day or night, weekends, etc. If we needed anything they were there and took care of it immediately. They had the knowledge, experience and connections to get things done quickly and professionally. If I could give 10 stars I would. Erica went far above and beyond my expectations and handled the sale of my previous home from start to finish. My family and I moved a fair distance away from our old home and didn't have time to prep it for sale and Erica's team did it all from cleaning it up into a presentable condition to the closing. We couldn't be more thankful for her and her team!
