My friend is currently here and being threatened with court since he signed a 3- day which he is LEGALLY allowed to do. He went in for medication management, thats it. Hes not a danger to himself or anyone else , so whats the deal? Yall have them on trackers, you drug them until they cant think straight, they cant have hot food because allegedly thats too dangerous, you dont involve them in their treatment plan..the list goes on. What exactly are yall for ? Because my friend seems so much more stressed than when he went in. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

My first experience with stonecrest is when my sister was inpatient, she complained of chest pains and they would not take her vitals, I had to call the house supervisor on staff to get it done. My next experience was when I was an Intern there. The doctors should be sued/fired. The most unprofessional disgusting place. I witnessed abuse from both staff and doctors to patients. I reported everything to multiple people. I hope they change their ways.

I ODed under the doctor's supervision. He gave me 400mg of Seroquel when my body can only handle 100mg. I made a mistake, I didn't know that that would happen. I have the discharge papers to prove it. I had to advocate for myself during Audits to get myself out of there. Also, I was horribly made fun of for my smell by staff members and patients. I have a rare metabolic condition (trimethylamuria) but no one cared enough to ask. And the girl who checked in my bags stole my card and ID information. That's not even all of it. Very embarrassing and just plain horrible. I have left voice messages to a supervisor and social worker in regards to these issues last week and no one has contacted me back. This place really made me reconsider a LOT... If this message doesn't deter you. I don't know what will.

After reading various reviews about Stone Crest's care for loved ones, I must express that our experience has been drastically different. My son, facing acute mental health issues, required full guardianship, which Stone Crest facilitated immensely by providing crucial services. They even worked with his insurance provider to extend his care beyond his discharge date, a gesture that proved vital during his time of need, especially when he found himself homeless during the harsh winter of January 2024. The psychiatric team not only ensured his safety but also stabilized him emotionally within a short timeframe, marking the longest period he's remained in a healthy state. Despite negative reviews, I wholeheartedly give Stone Crest a 5-star rating and would trust them again should my son require intensive care. While it's disheartening to hear about others' negative experiences, I commend Stone Crest's staff and urge those with positive encounters to share their stories. Their exceptional care and dedication have significantly impacted my son's progress, and I'm grateful for their support. Stone Crest has proven to be a reliable and compassionate resource for individuals in need of intense mental, emotional, and physical care. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. This has been an outstanding and unforgettable experience.
