Professional Medical Center

I have only had to go in for a couple of times for my insurance, but honestly, I have had no complaints about this location. I have always had courteous, professional service, whether in person or on the phone. I have always been seen in a timely manner (you can always expect a wait when you go to the doctor, but they have always seen me very near to the time of my appointment). They made sure I had no additional concerns or questions. It is nice this is so close to where I am currently staying. I have been more than happy with my time here and I will keep coming back while in the area. Slight additional Edit: I did take down a star only because there needs to be a better system in place to leave a message. I have to cancel an appointment and it will not let me leave a message. I completely understand if no one is there to answer the phone, but that is what answering machines/voice mail systems are for.

Slow, dirty, dust on everything, smells old.... Even the cotton ball lids are dirty and nasty..... Another ghetto health care office in the hood... Smh
