      image Let me start by saying that there were only 2 individuals whom worked for ambassador that I can say took care of my brother with genuine concern when he was a resident there. On the other hand I dont live in Detroit so anytime I had to visit my brother it was quite the drive saying this to say anytime Ive called ambassador villa to speak to someone of importance they NEVER answer the phone. I feel this is very unprofessional for a place whom has peoples loved ones in there I shouldnt have to travel miles just to ask one question! Get it together ambassador villa.
