The worst clinic in southwest Detroit, years ago I changed clinics because they have terrible service in the medical area but recently I returned to Chass for the WIC office and the receptionist, a Puerto Rican lady with tattoos, always assists you with an attitude when I have been there. Very bad (if you don't like your job, change it, but don't treat patients with indifference) and the lady (Arab) who treated me at my appointment stung my baby's finger (to check hemoglobin levels). the sample and he didn't put a bandage on my child and he continued bleeding until I called his attention he just gave it to me he didn't bother to put it on (is that supposed to be his job?). Besides, they don't answer calls. I called twice now and spent 20-30 minutes on the line waiting for them to answer. I will have to find another WIC clinic.

The worst clinic, not even for a doctor, do they have an appointment, you have to call a year before, they measured that the doctor needed it, the staff who answer the calls were terrible, they even cut off my call, name is not free

The worst clinic...they cancel all the time and the waiting time is long...the receptionists are the worst.

Poor communication with getting appointment. No one calls back, no one picks up telephone or one is on hold for over 20 mins. They are over over run and poorly staff. Go to another clicic.
