They sent me a bill for $300 just for dental imaging without billing my insurance. Dentist looked at me and told me to come back for hygiene and come back again for filling. I will not returning. What kind of place doesnt bill the insurance on file? And three separate appointments for evaluation, cleaning, and filling?

I truly miss Dr. L. Mathew. She was my primary for many, many years. I looked forward to seeing her every appointment because she has a kind heart, very dedicated to her profession, and expressed great concerns toward her patients. She was one of the best! And I wish her and her family well towards her next chapter.

The staff are so nice and so so patient. The poor lady taking my x-rays was so great with me, I kept gagging everytime she stuck the plastic thing in my mouth, I actually ending up puking right in my hand, she was so supportive and patient with me and took the time to make sure I got all those X-rays I needed. The place is very clean and fast appointment times. 2 year wait list where I live so I drive 3 hours one way to get there with no regrets. Great people! Highly recommend.

Went in to see the dentist in December the dentist was nice she told me that I needed a Clarence from my medical doctor and the medical assistant told that they send for a Clarence from my doctor. I waited and waited heard nothing went in February for a cleaning and was told I had to go to my doctor and have her write out a clearance paper I went to my doctor and had her write out a clearance paper for me. I went and took in the paper work and was told that told that the MA would call me with in 48 hours. I wanted no call no call so I called back was told again that I would receive a call with in 24 hours I waited no call so I called back the following week was told that the supervisor would look into it and I would receive a call I waited no call so I called again and was told that the supervisor was on siite and I would receive a call still no call so I called again and I told that my message was was being forwarded to the supervisor and was told I would receive a call so finally at the end of the day I finally received a call wow talk about customer service. What I want to now is why couldn't anyone else schedule my return visit and why did it take so long to receive that follow up call especially since I told them that I needed to be clear by the dentist in order the have another procedure,??? Can I expect poor customer service all the time??? Well I guess so go figure!!!
