Applied for a loan try to pay it off in one week and they still charge me $900 on loan fees I wouldn't recommend this company for anybody they don't work with costumer very bad costumer service

don't bother wasting your time with them - they are to stupid to know the difference between W2 and 1099 income, cant read paystubs and their software connecting to the bank does not work (the software keep sayin $0 income verified). they keep requesting 1040/k1 from a salary W2 employee and denied my application for "income could not be verified" even after i provided them with paystubs and offered W2 to verify :-)

Had 4 preapprovals and rocket had the highest come back, and within a few hours I had a preapproval letter in hand ready to search. I put my home in contract on 8/4, contract accepted on 8/4, Rocket notified on 8/5 I found my house and they started the paperwork process on 8/5 and I received my clear to close on 8/14 and closed on 8/17! Unbelievable! First time homebuyer no PMI insurance, conventional loan and Rocket had THE BEST program, paying 2% toward my down payment and me paying 1% down, plus my own closing cost. Less than 7K out of pocket for 200+ mortgage loan. Loved the educational learning modules that helped me gain points toward my closing as well, I don't see any mortgage company doing that and not to mention getting this buying purchase done in less than 10 calendar day!, not business days, calendar days. Also loved the Rocket Homes part that you could use to search homes, like their own (MLS). Shout out to Matt Wright, Randy Osterland with Rocket and Title Connect Agency for the speed and on-point processes to help me get my first home purchase completed. This was as flawless as it could get, I'll be recommending rocket to everyone for their 1st or next mortgage. Thanks Rocket!
