Extremely rude employees working for them. I would be ashamed to have these people representing my business

I do not recommend this company for cleaning. I was initially pleased with the work done, as presented by the part owner of the company. It was cleaner than it had been and di smell better than before..As we walked through I pointed out dirty spots on the walls that were missed and was told it was in the paint. I insisted that we try to clean one spot in particular and it was just dirt. Tried another area and the dirt came right off too. He explained that it was just mistakenly missed and the rest of the walls had been washed as per their instructions. He readily dusted a ceiling fan that was missed. A nice polite young man but thoroughly a master of excuses. Upon closer inspection almost nothing that was agreed to was done. Walls were not washed, ceiling fans were not cleaned, many areas still left covered in a layer of dust and animal hair. Will need to hire someone else to do the work. Representing themselves as move out specialists and capable of delivering a deep cleaning is just not true as far as my experience. JUST NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!
