Total Health Care

Customer service hotline is a nightmare, it almost feels deliberately confusing. When are you able to reach an actual person, they hang up in your face after placing you on hold for an inordinate amount of time. All I want to do is access my account but I can't because of an IT error on their end.

Crystal S, what a phenomenal representative they have representing Total Healthcare!!! I mean I was upset upon calling, but somehow she calmed me down. And pulled out every whistle and nook she knew of, to help me get my issue resolved. She didn’t rush me off the phone, she was patient, caring and knew all of the dos and don’ts of my healthcare plan. Which made my issue a lot easier to manage, although I was scary to continue my plan with them because of the reviews. I am so glad that apparently I had the best representative Total healthcare has 😂 😂. So again thank you Crystal S, for not only being professional but also showing empathy for my pain!!

I have been requesting a "Qualifying Health insurance company from this company since APRIL. I have made 6 phone calls, I just got the letter today. August 9, 2021. This is absolutely ridiculous

Took them 3 tries and 2 months to get me my insurance card, which meant i ran out of my medication and had to go several weeks without.My job offers this insurance...they must have very little regard or concern for their own employees...VERY sad at both ends
