Jacobs ladder continues to impress! We have used them a handful of times for simple and complicated work in our home and they continue to the most reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable contractors we have ever used! Jacobs Ladder cleaned out my dryer exhaust duct and installed a new exterior louvered vent cover. I have a hairy dog that sheds a lot and the duct/vent was full of lint. I emptied it every time I used the dryer too.
I feel so much better now its clear.

Called Jacob's Ladder Heating & Cooling on Wednesday due to cool air blowing instead of heat. They Called me back and scheduled service the next afternoon. Aaron came out Thursday right on time. He was prepar with shoe covers. He thoroughly checked the system and found the issue. I like that they explain things as they are working on it. Price was reasonable to me and I'll continue to use this company.UPDATE: called them back because it was making a buzzing noise that wasn't there before. They came back out on Sunday and fixed the noise. Services: Heating system repair, Thermostat repair
