        Fourth time calling for the refund they promised after them charging me twice. I booked through a 3rd party and was double charged by the hotel as well as many other people in the reviews. I also had to request a receipt several times.

        Great experience in this new hotel! The rooftop bar is a ton of fun on the weekend. No disappointments here! Close to everything we wanted to experience and great restaurants are all within walking distance!

        Please believe the people that are saying they will charge you twice if you book through a 3rd party. After being charged twice I was told to contact the company I booked through and they will handle it. After talking with the company they told me they would need the manager from The Godfrey to approve, and I received an email saying after several attempts they were unable to reach the manager. I guess Ill just dispute the charges through my bank.
