Without a doubt, they offer a wealth of services and do a fine job with all of them, but as part of the Los Angeles-based ARC group of reprographic/document-services companies, dealing with Dunn Blue--or rather, with ARC--can feel at times like dealing with a dauntingly large and impersonal corporate empire. That said, the secret to staying happy and sane with them is to call or go in instead of communicating or even learning about their services via their website. If you need anything from your CAD plans for a construction project printed to a jumbo-sized banner for a trade conference, guess what? Dunn Blue can do it and do it well. But if you try to navigate their website, you'll get lost and probably find yourself on a page trying to sell you a copier that cost more than a Lambo or something. Just call their office downtown instead. They're good people and they'll try to help. As for ARC itself . . . do they not recall the saga of growth and then chaos from Letraset's experience in the 80s and 90s? Because they seem to be headed into the same realm now albeit on a digital train rather than the analog people mover Letraset took (industry peeps will get that reference for sure).
