I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in Capital Park Lofts, and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin? First, let's talk about the maintenance. I'm convinced that they must have hired a team of monkeys to fix things because it seemed like every time I put in a maintenance request, the problem either went unresolved or got even worse. I don't think I've ever seen such incompetence in my life. Then there's the noise. If you enjoy living in what feels like a fraternity house during rush week, then Capital Park Lofts is perfect for you. The walls are as thin as tissue paper, and it's as if the residents have a competition to see who can be the loudest at all hours of the day and night. It's impossible to get any peace and quiet. Let's not forget about the parking situation. It's like playing a game of musical chairs every time you come home. Good luck finding a spot anywhere near your building, especially if you have groceries to carry or it's raining. And speaking of rain, don't expect your apartment to be dry during a storm. The roof leaks like a sieve, and management's solution is to hand you a bucket and tell you to deal with it. Lastly, the management itself is a joke. They'll smile to your face and promise to fix things, but they never follow through. It's all about collecting that rent check, and once they have your money, you're on your own. In summary, unless you enjoy living in a noisy, poorly maintained, leaky, and mismanaged nightmare, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Capital Park Lofts. You'll thank me later
