Very Professional. The entire staff is friendly, the cars were clean and my loved one looked as if they were indeed sleeping just as we all remembered. We were treated with love and dignity from the first call to the end of the services. Salute to the entire staff.

First, they sent the cars to the wrong address on the day of my daughter's funeral. Mine you - I only told them 4 times the correct address. Next, they reimbursed me for the cars with a check, but when I go to cash the check - it had a different last name. (Now, that's on me for not paying closer attention - but still, how do you not put a different last name on the check?) Lastly, I've notice I had not heard back from Stinson's regarding my daughter's remains, she was cremated and it's been 3 weeks. So I just called and the dude says. "Didn't someone already call you?" I'm like, would I be calling if they did? He said, oh, she's been here ready for pick-up. SMH!

Misunderstanding of times of the viewing and we asked for the book to sign early considering family came beforehand. Staff was curt about a book and it wasn't necessary during a tragic time. After all the antics they put it out for family to sign.
