1/10! This business is so unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for a prom flower, got the day and time. Comes the day for me to pick up the flower I come to the shop and nobody there. I knocked on the door for over 20 mins called over 15 times and nobody ever emailed me or gave me a heads up. Mind you the day I came to get the flower is the day of prom which was May 26th. Just inconvenient all together, oh yeah to top it off Im AT my prom send off and a woman called me and ask me do I still want it. I schedule an appointment for 11:30 am the time she called was 4:00 pm! IF YOU CAN NOT SEVRE A CUSTOMER AT A CERTAIN TIME DO NOT TELL US THAT YOU CAN!

I'm posting this because when I got to the place my order wasn't ready and I was told to come back at 4 now I'm back at 4 no one is there I waited for 145 minutes no one showed and they closed at 6pm the delivery guy showed up but no one for the building this was unacceptable these flowers was for my wife bday and mothers day. I didn't get my order until 920 pm Friday night on 5-6-22 and it wasn't what I order I will never go back to this place ever again and will not refer anyone to go there. Also I placed my order ahead of time so I can have it on that day but nope I'm still passed
