Al and his crew did an outstanding job removing some asbestos tiles from my basement for a more than fair price! The knowledge and expertise was hard to ignore. I highly recommend them and will definitely be contacting them again for any further asbestos or mold concerns.

I had them remove vinyl siding and the asbestos siding that was hidden underneath. My journey with Al began 3 years prior. I needed some testing done to find out of my home had asbestos. All three tested sites came back negative. Fast forward and I needed two more tests now and he completed them and they came back positive. The rates for the tests were much lower than their competitors and he took the time to educate me more on the concerns with asbestos and what a positive test would mean but also peace of mind with being able to get it removed. Most people and prior contractors will cover asbestos not realizing thats just postponing your issue and can cause issues with insurance later down the line. I wanted it removed entirely and thats exactly what Al and his team were able to do. He was there to answer any and all questions, responded instantly, and worked well with my other contractor. I had Als team remove the vinyl and asbestos siding. I needed him to coordinate with my roofer/siding company so they could get started the same or next day. I didnt want my home exposed to the elements longer than needed. Upcoming environmental service was able to coordinate, communicate, and complete the job as I had wanted and expected. Al really went above my expectations when he was able to say what he could do but also what he couldnt. We had one situation with my electric and he handled it well above my expectations with coordination with DTE and my other contractor. He didnt hesitate to drop what he was doing and come to the house as needed. Communicated with me and my husband throughout the entire process. And exceeded my expectations. Im sure Im not the only female who when dealing with these kind of things can be easily over looked by contractors etc but Al never approached me as being uneducated or any different based on my gender. He was 100% professional, looked me in the eye when speaking, kept his word on everything, and spoke to me as if I was a human not just a girl, and shook my hand with agreements and was a true stand up person. Ill not only use him again, but recommend him here and to my clients as well. Thank you Upcoming Environmental Services and especially Al. The house looks great and you were a huge part of that!

Had Al come out and quote removing some asbestos from my basement HVAC system. From quote to finish the experience was nothing short of amazing. He was fast getting me a quote and removing the asbestos. He explained everything to me as needed and always was open to answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend him for any asbestos removal.
