Super fast kind service. Nurses and doctors all listened and cared about my pain and helped in every way they could. Highly recommend.

People go to the emergency room because they are in pain and they have no where to go to get help. It is frustrating when your pain and needs are not prioritized, frankly I was neglected. I went into the emergency room with a broken hand and I was visibly in so much pain. The nurses didnt do anything. I waited there for 6 hours and all they tried to give me was a Motrin. They didnt even take me to get X-rays all they cared about was charging my insurance. When they took me back to get my vitals done, there were napkins with blood on the floor. The rooms were disgusting, nothing was clean, the nurses and doctors looked dirty, patients were screaming in pain while they didnt have anyone on staff, patients were waiting for hours and the nurses were arguing about who was going to take what patient. There was no professionalism and they completely disregarded my pain. I waited there for 6 hours and they did nothing for me. Worst emergency room I have ever been to. Something needs to be done about management because they dont know how to prioritize their patients needs. The hospitals in Africa are better than this.

The most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I have ever had in my entire lifetime. Not only was my pain disregarded by the staff but I was constantly dismissed in my suggestions. The doctor tried to misdiagnose me with an STI in front of other patients and my issue was completely different, however when I complained, they got security to try and throw me out of the hospital. This place is unprofessional and unexperienced, they were not knowledgeable on medications, I had to explain what medications I was taking and what theyre used for, the rude nurse was unaware of a pre exposure prophylaxis. If you are looking for a reliable hospital, please go to Beaumont Royal Oak and avoid this place, you may not come back out.

I had the worst food poisoning ever to me so that lets you know the dramatics of my pain! I WAS IN PAIN so much that I was about to walk out. She was training someone and it took longer than expected (to me) so I decided to leave and as I walked out they called my name. I Goes to the back and its full of Arab or descended of and Indian men a few women but mainly men ok cool I just want to get help. Nope not with Arab men and Indian men pertaining a black woman they treated me terrible I go to the front desk and all the woman were gossiping and laughing when my light has been on for 30 minutes and they couldnt help or understand why I wanted to leave! I could keep going on and on but its so strange how Arab communities already have every liquor store, every gas station and thats without giving a DIME to any community theyre selling in but dont live in and now they run the hospitals? This is RIDICULOUS we as Americans could NEVER DO THIS IN THEIR COUNTRY!!
