Tried to use my home protection coverage which I pay extra for and they denied me service stating that it would void my furnace warranty if they sent someone out. I have a 90 yr old In Home and they denied service for some B. S. Excuse even stating that they couldn't come out til Saturday which is 4 days away and they are supposed to prioritize senior services as an immediate service call which is stated on their Web site. They did not Set up an appointment for me and I had to seek out services from the original installers. They came out same day, DTE HPP is a rip off and they do not service their customers when customers pay for said services. Complete rip off, will cancel service once I get the opportunity, would not recommend service since they don't honor their contract.

One of the workers urinated in a bottle and threw it in my yard. Once I upload the video this will be indecent exposure and I will file against you all

It's pretty bad when third world countries have a more consistent power grid than us. I hope one day you get nationalized.
