Dee Cee, first your bigoted and racist comment about those Chinese is wrong in so many ways. I am a Asian American native born that served this country proudly as a soldier in the US Army. So let's just get that out of the way.We charged you $31 for the order because it was a special rush job. Because you needed the order done by 930 am on Monday, we had to get it done today before the store closed for the weekend. We dry cleaned your suit and washed your shirts and hand pressed all of it. If the pick up time was 5pm on Monday, you would have received 30% off and only been charged $20 for the order.We care about our customers deeply. We take pride in it. The cleaner was trying all he can to satisfy your requests to the fullest. I believe you are exaggerating the wait time. It was only 10 minutes of wait time while he tried to get a stain off the shirt that he noticed. We do apologize for any wait time but unfortunately on rush jobs you can miss a stain or two that we try to fix immediately. Unfortunately everything was turned off and it took some time to get things turned back on.Dee Cee we absolute appreciate your business and want you to come back but please leave your bigotry and racism home.
