The staff is nice but the service I received was unprofessional i feel like the visit was fraud. I already had reservations because of the location but the office seemed new in clean. My first visit was exrays etc .. couldn't get scheduled for a cleaning until 1 1/2 months later only to arrive and them to fake deep clean my right side for 10 minutes and tell me to come back in march another month 1/2 later for the left the Dr says she forgot to schedule both sides but wasnt accommodating. I think it's insurance scam on the less fortunate

What an amazing practice! Fantastic dentist and staff, really makes you feel comfortable. I went in for an emergency situation... in pain and left healed and relieved! Dr. Aisha is the BEST! Highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for quality dental care.

My mother had her initial appointment on November 7th. She was informed that approval from her dental insurance would be required in order to proceed with dentures. She was also told that she would receive a letter in the mail. After 2-weeks of not hearing anything I called the office just to inquire if anything additional was needed or if there had been a determination made by the insurance carrier. I spoke with Diana on Monday the 27th and she said she needed to look into it and she would call me back before the end of the day, she didnt . I called back on Tuesday the 28th and Diana again said she would look into it and would personally call the insurance company and call me back in 15 minutes, she didnt. I called back on Wednesday the 28th and Diana said I would need to speak with the Office Manager. She asked me to hold on, I did for approximately 10 minutes and then the line disconnected. I called back and was informed by Diana that I needed to speak with the office manager who was not in. She could leave a message and hopefully they would call me back. Unacceptable! I understand the world of healthcare and know that approvals can take upwards of 30 days sometimes. I felt like I was being given the run aroundnot sure why. If you dont know say that and offer a viable solution. But to say that hopefully someone would get back to me is unacceptable!!! I chose this location for my moman elderly womanin need of dentures because it was close to her home and the reviews were really positive. But I guess the positive experience begins in the dental chair because the road to get there has not been a positive one.

Dr A is good at what she doshes such a perfectionist and I love that about her. Also her staff is friendly and caring, my Co worker recommended Dr A 3 years ago and Ive been stuck with her. Ive also recommended others to her.
