Continental Currency

I've had a CCE customer card for 10+ yrs. Today, after giving them my card & requesting 600 pound sterling and $700 US they demanded to know what I was planning on using it for! My driver's license was thoroughly scrutinize & recorded, & I was asked a series of questions regarding mine & my family's work history. They said it's standard, but, I left feeling like a low life criminal, & I'll never go back.

Worst customer service ever I had five $20 dollar bills I asked the lady on the window if she can give me $100 bill instead she said no one star is to much if there zero I would give zero but I have no choice Zero ZTAR.

They will give you very hard time and attitude to exchange peanuts. Ill simply go exchange my money somewhere else.

Their rate saved me $100 vs my bank, and were able to wire my money for a third of my banks fee. I saved time and money in one shot. All staff were welcoming, informative, and professional. I've been dealing elsewhere for years, but after this quality of service, I'll be coming here for all exchanges and money wires.
