We hired Streamline Remodeling for work on our late-1920s home in the fall of 2022, and with a new baby on the way, we had a very tight timeline to complete what was effectively a light remodel of our entire second floor. We definitely made the right choice: After stopping by to review the project, Brian outlined a realistic plan for us to make the best possible use of the floor space we had and presented us with a reasonable quote and, just as importantly, a project schedule that worked for us. During the course of the remodel, Brian consistently showed up on-time every day (and if he had a change in his schedule, always gave us plenty of warning). Living in a construction zone is never fun, but he went to great lengths to minimize the mess and limit the disruption to our day-to-day lives. Crucially, he worked with us to adapt our original plans on-the-fly as the remodel proceeded. Our community is full of older homes, and many have been poorly modified over the years -- often in ways that complicate renovation work, and which are only revealed after demolition begins. Brian undid much of the sub-par work carried out in prior decades, leaving us with a far more pleasant and usable upstairs living space. Highly recommended!
