Lana Marie Strain Head Lawyer at Windsor Legal Aid, in my opinion, should be disbarred and charged. Why? Lawyer Lana Strain without EVER having my permission and understood clearly I did not want her assistance in a legal matter. Lana Marie Strain did without my permission, fully knowing this strode into the Windsor Court Room and put forth a motion. All without ever speaking to me and understanding clearly and her secretary that I did not want Lana Marie Strain involved. After being caught and confronted Lana posted a letter saying she "was confused and misunderstood...." Yet to date Lana has not cleared the court record by removing her name. She should of never been on record as Council. Lana Marie Strain then illegally obtained my disclosure and other materials. Why did Lana Marie Strain do this? Lana Strain had up on her personal Facebook blog under the name Lana Marie many things that I found repulsive. When confronted after Court about these postings she removed them. However I retain copies of such posts. These posts were in my opinion , statements that determined to myself that I wanted nothing to do with this woman . Lana Strain knew she didn't have my permission to act as my council. She lied to a Judge and has caused so much duress and problems from her falsely representing me. I would never ever break bread with this woman and after I seen her blog I was horrified. Besides these statements of concern I see before my eyes that the reason I'm in court is because of a liar and that liar well, Lana Strain has her relative on her blog . Vi also note that they have mutual friends and acquaintances. Vi see her ex partners daughter on her page. Now I understand why Lana screwed me over. Never would I of retained this lawyer. I had Lana harassing me with calls that I wouldn't answer but I answered her one call ( which is recorded) and clearly it is conveyed ,to her secretary, clearly that I do not want to retain Lana Strain . Yet Lana Strain walzted into court and lied. What Lana Strain did to me has caused so much damage. Damage that is ongoing and unrelenting. Lana Strain has power that she used against me .vshe knows what she did and the damage yet she still has not told the truth . Lana Strain you are a member of the Bar and I hope that what you did will be dealt with and that a lawyer like you who prays on vulnerable persons as myself, you need to get your law license yanked. You have broken the biggest aspect of lawyer ethics. You know what you did. To any victims out there please contact me if you need my proof. Legal Aid Windsor also knows what she did and failed to answer the letter of complaint. Covering up that Lana Strain acted without my permission. It's sickening the cover up and lack of accountability. I have kept all documents and the recording of Strain being fully informed well before ... Weeks.. that she was not wanted as Council. When Lana Strain lied to Judge Strain said "....I have not yet come to a meeting of the minds with Joseph" When Strain said this she fully knew that she had NEVER gotten my permission and her secretary and her knee I didn't want her as a council. Lana Strain lied in Court. She was confronted by me after Court and pulled some excuse she was confused. Lana just put in a motion causing a confession to being guilty. The next time in court Lana didn't show to tell this Judge the truth. Rather I explained what liar Strain did and her motion was toileted. Strain has repeatedly not corrected the record. Lawyers like Strain need to be stopped.
