        Mr. Pitters did an estimate at my home for tuckpoint work, in July. I accepted the estimate and paid 1/3 of the final cost. Since then they have done NO WORK, and while they made some excuses early on, now when I call NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have called them a dozen times, they have NEVER called me to discuss the job or the delay, I am out $1100.00 and I have no idea whether they will be completing the job. I am stunned, since they had a great reputation and did some work at my home about 8 years ago. Service: General repairs & maintenance
