Dont waste your time. Lon is a complete liar, took my hard drive and ghosted me 3 times in a row. He kept promising great results from tests but couldnt provide any proof and ultimately after 3 weeks, left me with a drive full of corrupted files and told me I can Google some recovery programs to try. I couldve had an actual professional company take care of this instead of this lazy guy with a front. Super disappointed! Ps dont be fooled when he says Have you seen my reviews?! - Theyre mostly fake if you look into it - but you can definitely mention mine. Seriously save your time & energy.

Dropped off my equipment for repair, was given a quote, and then ghosted by this company unfortunately. Thankfully I didnt give them any payments, but I did schedule work to be done, and then never heard from them again. Im happy to take my equipment elsewhere, but theyve been unresponsive to my calls and e-mails, and still have my property. Was disappointed by my experience as this company came highly recommended.

Such a great experience with these guys. Friendly and timely. They were quick to get a diagnosis to me. They were also open to all of my questions and offered guidance and information. Quick turnaround with the repairs. Highly recommend.
