Booked carpet cleaning online, got confirmation text. Downloaded the app, was in communication with them via app. Took the morning off work for the appointment, no one showed up. After calling 4 times and messaging the app, they finally messaged back that I did not have an appointment and they are booked for the month. Was very disappointed. I called Modernistic Cleaning and they were more affordable and came out right away.

They did good work. My house was clean. It was vacant and not all that dirty to begin with, but it was satisfactory. There were a few items I thought couldve been cleaned better, one of my toilets still had major mildew stains and the cleaners also somehow unplugged my refrigerator overnight. The next day there was water all over my kitchen floor. Also, they informed me that they would not be able to move my oven to clean underneath, which is understandable, but they failed to even attempt to sweep underneath it, which would not have required much effort. Also, I had no idea someone was coming to my home an hour early to do an inspection, i think that should be communicated to customers before the appointment. So, I would hire them again for a basic cleaning, but probably not again for a deep cleaning.
