        The 3 stars are for Customer Service Associate Taylor she is very professional nd pleasant to do buisness with,her male manager however is NOT! Visited the store recently nd,he curse several times while interacting with another customer! No excuses for unprofessional behavior,especially from a leader!!!!

        Sold a faulty phone less than one month ago. Paid 250$ for it. Phone constantly turns off at 50-60% battery percentage & to top it all off the volume chooses when and when it doesnt want to work. Store refuses to help. Wouldnt recommend buying anything from them. Scam store

        Still charge my account after i been changed my service about 8 months ago they didnt give me my refund back at all this is why i changed it they jus be taken people money. If somebody cancel their service why you just now charging somebody account when they BEEN changed the service. NEVER GOING TO BOOST AGAIN

        I purchased a phone case from there the lady told me to throw away the box and never said anything about no refunds. The next day i wanted to return it they said nothings wrong with the case latter on that day my phone over heated due to the magnet on the back of the case.
