Ashley, as we discussed, the vehicle you purchased was a trade in and we explained to you that we did not do a mechanical inspection on the vehicle, hence when the prices was that low. We understand your frustration being that the vehicle started smoking the day after you bought it and even though it was stated to you that it is as-is and not inspected, we still did not leave you to fix the vehicle yourself. The mechanic shop we sent you to ended up fixing a hose and changing the water pump, no charge on you as well. We paid for the repairs even though, once again, this vehicle was stated to you that it's as is and was not inspected. After all that, you leave a review like this. Melonie, The first repair shop you took the Dodge Journey to should be who you are angered with, not us. They were the ones that had your claim voided by the warranty company, meaning the warranty company found you at fault due to no service records for the 6 months of ownership since you purchased it from us. When you contacted us for help, you failed to inform us that a shop already opened a claim due to transmission issues. When the shop we recommended to you found out after you dropped the vehicle off, you got mad at us even though we are not at fault. Best of luck to you. Thank you
