      Hello Ammar and thank you for shopping with us. As stated on each wall as well as the receipt we advise all customers that electrical parts can not be returned. Also stated in our policy, parts are to be examined by the customer prior to leaving to ensure you have the correct part. Not only did you bring in the old part, you agreed it was the same... and electrical. I hope we can do business in the future with the understanding of our policy.

      Mr. Moe not sure what happened for us to get such a negative review on our customer service, but I assure you that we take every step to provide the best and professional approach with our customers. As for the smell, I apologize that our office that houses used auto parts and frequent customer interactions from outside were not to your liking, we will work on improving that as well.
