Had a 2013 exactly one month later I had to take it to a dealership to diagnosis it found out it was something wrong with the engine I was told I had a warranty and it would be no cost to me if I brought it back for them to fix liesssss of course didnt fix my car and tried to argue with me then basically told me its my car now oh well from the mother I believe it was its a family business definitely wouldnt recommend it took me 7 months after purchase to actually get my car fixed correctly to drive its all about sales with them mind yall I put down 5000 on a Malibu 2013

I bought a 2016 jeep renegade about 3 months ago. And about 2 weeks after the purchase my check engine light came on. I called them and they told me to bring to them so the can check it out. They diagnosed the problem and said to bring it back in a few days. So their mechanic can fix it . Said it was an easy fix and they will take care of it air flow issue. Made the appointment the mechanic was sick. Then rescheduled appointment then . I called to confirm the appointment the mechanic wasnt in. I had been calling to try to get my vehicle fixed with nothing being done. Lets just say getting the run around. Robert sent me down to empire auto to have them diagnose the issue again . Empire auto said someone from Matthews will be in contact. That never happened. I had to call talked to a young lady in the office and she said the parts are on back order will call you when in. That never happened. I called talked to Robert that follow ing week and he said I will call you back. Never happened!! Now my Transmission has went out mind you havent even had it 6 months . Called to talk to some young man in the office. Told him what happened. Basically he stated not our problem. I spent my hard money on a local car lot. Trying to support the little guy. And it seems like they dont care. All the want is to make money . They knew vehicle was not up to code and they sold it anyways . Very unhappy!! Rude!!! Not Great customer service!! Lies!!! Lies!!!
