We got to the airport and had difficulty checking in. The first person we encountered kept telling us we were doing something incorrectly and would not listen when we tried to explain our difficulties. Finally, she handed us off to Miranda, who with a smile on her face, figured it all out. She made calls to find out why we weren't in the system and got us checked in. She was an absolute pleasure when we were in a moment of thinking our entire trip just tanked. It is people like her that make traveling enjoyable.
