Dad charged the Estate Administration of Comerica Bank to administer his estate on his death. Four years later the estate is still not settled. Three years after his death we learned that there was an unequal distribution of assets in 2018. Top to bottom we have experienced incompetence,arrogance, and a global refusal to be accountable for their many shortcomings. Fee collection was the only area of demonstrated expertise.

I received a letter from Vice President - Senior Quality Consultant to close my business account. So funny. I don't know why no one told you that I have already closed my business account. Or I don’t know why it doesn’t show on your system. But don't worry, I have already closed my business account. I closed my son's account. And I will 100% close my last account very soon! The only reason I haven't done this yet is that I'm waiting for a new card from another bank. and I will 100% never recommend your ban to anyone. Your bank has disgusting and unprofessional management. And if someone wants to save their money, never open an account with this bank. There are many other banks around with much professional staff and better service conditions. In this bank, they will not explain anything when opening accounts. But then they will definitely say it was necessary to read 50 pages of the agreement before opening an account. Go to another bank.

If you really need a good financial institution, go somewhere else. They are far from professionalism or knowledge in banking systems.
