Heritage Place at Magnolia

Very nice building, the management who owns it is not. Don't care about your life or how hard you work. Being the only maintenance at this property left me with alot of stress, a manager who doesn't have the experience to run a property correctly without putting pride to aside. Year's, I have dedicated myself to this building only to get mistreated and abused by this company and management. By meeting and exceeding expectations, doing a wonderdul job they are never there to see accomplishments, improvements, or material that's needed for the property. My mom being one of the resident's at the property (R.I.P) she passed earlier this year in February😔, Asked management if we could get a contractor to paint the unit due to emotional reasons. Guess who end up doing it, asking for help for year's and they get office help part time besides a part time maintenance man. Handling a 88 unit building was a changllege but I was able to maintain it. My overall experience with this company and the building, management will not listen to your concerns even if you have paperwork to prove your innocence you cant make them listen to you.

The trsh has to be taken out to the dumpster every morning via residents elevator that cause funky smell gants galore it is an on going issue for quite some time they have an uptodate trash chute that they don't use for whatever reson they won't fit It would be a 5 star if the little things would be fix in time before it becomes a huge issue. Among other this that they haven't fix thats been broken for years.

I've been with Heritage Place at Magnolia since it opened 14 years ago play first open I was married a wife passed away right here in this building I watched it slowly deteriorate and services over the years things that they promised that they would do they did not deliver on any of those promises did what they did do is they pray lacks and how they took care of the building itself and the property on the outside cars are being sold from the property on a regular basis I have lost three vehicles on this property all new cars do you want to know what I think about Heritage Place at Magnolia
