        Ive lived at this property for almost 3 years. Over the years, the property has made significant changes to management, the property exteriors/interior, and maintenance procedures. The property had significant lows when I initially moved in. Improvements could still be made, but the management currently in place has been responsive and provided supportive services. Marcelus From maintenance is always supportive and assisting with my maintenance request.

        Marcellus and Mohamad are excellent workers and effective. This property is much better with the two here. They also get work orders done quickly and will even take my trash out my unit for me. Lafayette park place is a great place to live.

        After living here for almost 2 months. I can attest that this is a clean, safe, and quiet environment. Everyone is welcoming and inclusive. The property manager Alven is greatly appreciated and so helpful! He made the moving process so simple. I love it!

        Alven and his team are Amazing. Any safety concerns they try to correct immediately. Issues with the apartment they fix them in a hurry. The grounds are cleaned daily. Alven and his team are friendly and courteous. They are concerned about their residents. Nice place to call home
