    terrible complex. like don't even waste your time. where's the luxury? cannabis smell all through building , trash in hallways and more the the guy who cleans the main halls need to quit all he do is rome the halls with loud music

    This place was less than what I expected for renting for the first time. Obviously renting is not going to be perfect, but it was not that great either. My roommates and I were/are in the penthouse apartments above the parking garage. Having everything for the application was made clear to me, the deposits and everything were set. Applied just fine. However, upon approval, move-in dates were moved. And we have two military members who were moving from out of state, so this was a large inconvenience. We made it work and got a decent move-in date. On move-in day, we get ready to sign the lease and the initial payment is more than I calculated, so i ask about it but it did not seem my questions were understood since I was not getting actual answers. I figured i was just missing something so we signed it and i would figure out later, that we were in fact being over charged for parking. It took months for them to actually correct it, and with only a few months left on the lease we have yet to see that money refunded or credited to our account. So they went against our lease and overcharged us. And it had/has been very difficult to get in touch with someone about getting that money back. Rewind back to move-in day. The apartment was very dirty and there was a lot of stuff that needed to be fixed like lighting, the blinds for the living room were laying on the ground, and broken doors etc. there were hairs painted into the walls. And they claimed that the carpet would be replaced, but it was not. It was not even vacuumed. We talked to the leasing about it and she was very concerned and met us to note all of the things that needed to be taken care of. It was nice for maybe two days until the main stuff was taken care of, but we were still not able to actually move in because they still had to fix the things that should have been taken care of before our move-in date. The quality is as expected, below average quality like i can see tape that was painted over in the corned of the walls. The toilets are so eroded that it looks like it was neglected to be cleaned for years. But that is just something you move past since their cleaner was also not great. After those two days, there was still stuff that needed to be taken care of and to this day have not heard anything about. They are minor things so we just manage but it is still ridiculous. Recently, our dishwasher is broken and maintenance said they would fix it but we have not heard back and its been about a week. The maintenance is nice but they have a lot of unfulfilled repairs. Leasing office is also nice, but they seem too busy to actually have quality care. I am hoping we have a better move-out experience and that we can get back the money that was wrongfully charged.

    Terrible complex maintenance went into my apartment stole all my items and now selling them on facebook. Nothing luxurious about this place all my appliances were old or didnt work . Homeless people sleeping and diving drugs on the hallway reminds me of new jack city. Update: Since Im unable to reply to their reply . I can definitely upload all receipts of claims stated or just simply ride by yourself . . Go check their basement of 400 building full of peoples belongings they sell to the tenants or on Facebook market . No reason to be malicious Im warning others who may have already experienced or be aware that its something that can happen . Of course as a company you want to save face from negative attention , the best way is to not do negative things and hire honest people . Your complex is a theif and we have an open law suit. So theres no lies your company just refuse to take accountability for the people yoi hire
