        This is absolutely insane that my friend is paying 950 a month for a apartment that has a water bulge in the ceiling. The unsanitary level is mind blowing. The owners need to fix this now or cut the rent in half. I'll take this down when the situation is corrected

        Let me just say this, KC and his whole team is a dream to work with the renaldo apartments is real and his rental business is real. i highly recommend His company and his team to find u a home in midtown Detroit. Also i recommend that u guys look at his properties he has plenty to choose from and he is legit, he is NOT a scam, i can promise you that you will have something to call home when you leave. And he breaks everything down ask questions and allows you to ask questions so you feel you will get more bang for your buck. He is the real deal.
