        Have been living here for over 12 years. This building is one of the few downtown that have a balcony for your apartment. Love the building as it so convenient for me to get to work. Brittany and her team from the leasing office, maintenance crew and concierges are awesome.

        Absolutely amazing place Devin and Jeff were spectacular. Made the most stressful thing moving seem like a breeze. Brittany the property manager also an excellent help. Great community fun activities and a vibrant place.

        I love love living here. Jeff, Devin, April and Brittany don't just do a great job in the sales and leasing process but continue to value each resident through their tenancy. They went above and beyond to help me stay in the apartment for a new year and I couldn't be more excited. The concierge is so friendly, and have helped me always feel safe coming home at any time of the day. I think it's easily the best apartment downtown :)
