        The whole key fob situation is RIDICULOUS. Please DO NOT move here. I still cant access my building !! They dont care. Once all the key fobs go out of sync you wont be able to get in your apartment. Then they will say its because they fixed someone elses key fob which keep messing up everyone elses to no enter their home. So WHAT IS THE solution for us to enter the building AT NIGHT in the cold/dadk??! We have to wait for the keys to change? Until then, what do we do??

        I took a client on a tour of Orleans Landing. Walking in the front door we were greeted by Melissa. Melissa was extremely welcoming with a bright and beautiful smile. She was extremely knowledgeable and was prepared to answer all of our tough questions without hesitation. My client was pleased with the amenities and the community as a whole. After our tour Melissa escorted us back to the leasing office and offered us snacks and beverages. I don't know what plans management have for Melissa but whatever it is please know from our experience with her she is definitely a keeper. I hope they recognize what they have in her before another company steps in and lures her away.

        The Orleans Landing maintenance team smoothly took care of our issue this past week. The maintenance manager, Jamal, promptly attended to our kitchen appliance that needed to be fixed. He completed the job in a timely fashion. We appreciate each member of the maintenance team!
