I've lived at The Auburn for several months now and have been very happy with both the apartment and Center City Properties. The Auburn is a really good community and the apartments are pretty good quality for the price. The only reason it's not a full five stars is because some of the construction features aren't top notch--you can hear most things going on in the hallway, and the apartment floor shakes a little when my neighbors walk around or let their front door slam. But overall the building is very quiet, and really the aforementioned things are nowhere near dealbreakers. To date it's my favorite place I've lived in since moving to metro Detroit!

Ive lived here for about 1 year and a half and have only good things to say about it. The apartments are very modern with all necessary amenities with a decent price range especially given the area. However my favorite thing about the Auburn is the management. Mike is really responsive and always there to answer any questions at any time. The neighbors are mature and respectful as well. Highly recommend the Auburn.

I am moving to the Midtown area for a new job. I was excited when I saw this place. It was in my price point had everything that I wanted, and it had good reviews. I decided to reach out; I received a text pretty quickly that night; after I responded, I never heard anything back for DAYS. I decided to follow up. I left multiple voicemails (no response), I sent numerous emails (no response), I even reached out on their social media page, and surprise, surprise, no response. It wasn't until I filled out a contact form on their website for the second time that I finally got someone to respond to me. After a brief conversation with them, they came across as rude and unprofessional. I am not going to say who because I am still unclear as to who I was even speaking to, considering they would only respond via text. When I asked for more information and to see one of their available units, it felt like I was bothering them. They eventually agreed, and when I asked for an appointment time, I received a snarky text back. I responded, not realizing that asking for an appointment to see a unit I would be paying for was such an inconvenience. After that, I never heard anything back. I never went to see the complex, so maybe it is nice, perhaps the management is more competent than they appear, I guess we will never know.
