One of the best apartments I have lived in so far. Not only is the location great, but the apartment itself has an amazing layout and the entrance a beautiful garden. Judy, the resident manager, has been extremely responsive and helpful throughout my time here, going beyond what is expected. Over the holidays I had asked if she could keep an eye on my plants while I was gone, which she agreed to without hesitation. I'll admit I was a bit nervous because I have over 30 plants, it's quite the routine to water them all and do any extra care. But, when I saw my plants again after a month they were immaculate, one even bloomed!!! They looked even better than when I left, as if they were placed in a greenhouse while I was away.

Beautiful and well cared for building. The front entry has a lovely garden that's well cared for by the building manager. The manager is very organized, prompt and communicative and does it all while being kind and light hearted. The best place I've ever lived hands down.

I am almost at my 1 year anniversary of living at Phillips Manor, and I really love it here. I am a student at WSU SOM, and the location is great for anyone who works around DMC. There are also plenty of walkable bars and restaurants with a vibrant surrounding community. If you need to go Downtown, the Q line stop is a quick walk away. My one bedroom apartment is a great deal for the area, plus it has a large bedroom, living room, and third space that can be used as an office/dining room/spare bedroom. It's a great size for a couple with a cat to live comfortably. The building is older, but it's perfect if you're someone like me who prefers the historic charm of a large fireplace, little brick/tile details, and a beautiful courtyard to brand new appliances. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the Midtown area!
