Poor experience with this rental company. The management is very dismissive of any concerns and when they do send maintenance, you would be better off fixing it yourself. Multiple reports of cockroaches that never got resolved. Dryer was broken from the day that I moved in until the day that I moved out. Washer was broken every other week. No parking with these properties so if you have a car youre going to love parking tickets. The units themselves were mediocre at best. Lots of the landlord special on every surface. The sink leaked the entire time I lived here and I reported it multiple times but nothing was ever done. Make sure you check EVERYTHING before you move in. Lots of holes in walls and ceilings. Management loves to cut corners on actually fixing anything. All of the fire extinguishers on every floor were expired the entire time I lived here too. Dont let the good location fool you into renting here. Using an alias for privacy. Good luck out there!

I rented my apartment nearly a year ago, and I would say Cass & Ferry is one of the best apartments in Midtown Detroit. The resident manager of the Cass & Ferry is Nagira Lasley; she is very cheerful, kind, supportive, and most of all, understanding. She is available all the time when I need help. Their maintenance team is prompt with repairs. They know how to respond and resolve any problems in a timely manner, and they always treat you with politeness and respect. I was able to receive the help and information I needed from Ms. Nagira. She was very courteous and genuine. 5 stars. I wish I could give 10.
