I have had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. My team, Tiara and Erica answered my questions in a timely manner and helped me get into my apartment with no issues. I absolutely love my apartment! My view is amazing and there are so many amenities that I feel like the Jeffersons! Thank you Bedrock and 28 Grand!

Long Review ALERT! Brace yourself pictures included! Living here started off great, second year (Dec 2021) started to go downhill. My former next door neighbor unit was infested with cockroaches. Pest control came and sprayed his entire unit. I was out all day and came back home to the news around evening. I just knew that I had some in my unit from them spraying his unit. So I left and stayed a few nights at my friend crib. I ended up catching Covid while at their crib so I came back home. I went to sleep then woke up the next morning to go get tested, seen a big fat one on my wall, I tried to kill it but I was so scared. Im highly afraid of rodents, bugs, insects etc. I grabbed some clothes, hygiene products and ran out. I slept in my truck in the winter for a week with Covid AND spent my New Years in it too. I really thought that was the end. I was so depressed. Anyway fast forward, I tested negative for Covid, spent months away from my apartment couch hopping. (Not everyone has the funds to just move) I informed the property manager right away, she had pest control come out and treat my unit after New Years. I came home about 3 months later to make sure that the treatment worked. I deep cleaned my whole unit and was able to sleep in my apartment again. Few days later I kept seeing little cockroaches and reported it. I was so upset, I thought them little nasty things wouldve been eradicated while I was gone. I was thinking about breaking my lease then but again I couldnt. Pest control was already coming out because a few people started to see them too on different floors. He treated all the units that reported seeing them. Two days later everything started to go back to normal. I never seen anything again. To wrap everything up, its a nice place temporarily but when you live in a mixed income apartment building, youre expected to see or hear about things like this. I just never thought Id experience anything like it. There were a lot of other things going on in this apartment but Id end up writing a book on here. I just recently moved in Aug 2023 I wasnt planning on staying that long at 28 Grand after all that but I couldnt find any available places during 2022 with decent prices, plus apartments wasnt doing evictions at that time so I was stuck until recently. With that being said be prepared for whatever. Be picky when looking for a place to call home.
