        Jamal if thats his name is extremely rude. Awful customer service, no knowledge of product. Never ever stepping into this part of macys thanks to Jamal. Spoke to us rudely with attitude. Action needs to be taken. And on a side note the other guy working there didnt do anything about it, no idea if thats the supervisor or his manager.
