Tried calling 3 times to schedule an appointment for my mother as a new patience. The phone was answered 1 of the 3 times over 3 days, staff let me on hold for 15 minutes straight before I hung up. I called again today and after the automated answering service, it automatically puts you on hold. Safe to say, I will not call back or receive my business.

Been with Dr Ramesh for 10 years. I don't get the negative reviews. She has always been kind and understanding and always attempting to help. She genuinely listens. None of the 1 star reviews make any sense to me. I guess if you are scamming for controlled substances you might have a bad time lol

The office staff is TERRIBLE!! If you have minor mental issues, please stay away from this place. They will cause you to have a breakdown! The women I spoke to made me feel like a liar (denying 3 messages), insignificant, and not worth the time.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!! DR Ramesh IS AMAZING though.. Cant say the same for the male staff member. This is the second year in row Ive gone without meds during the holidays bc I wasnt made aware that she was on vacation. When I spoke with her last year of the same issue she was very upset and said theyre supposed to notify her of script refills. Unfortunately I had to deal with the same exact situation and same staff. Just like another review said, they treat you like liars and claim they say or did one thing, except yesterday I caught him in his lie and after stumbling his words when he realized I was right he says to meIm not gonna be called a liar! And hung up on me. Shameful these people work in an environment of mental illness and treat them the way they do all while giving Dr. Ramesh a bad name. God forbid they do this to the wrong patient really needing help. Going on a week and a half after speaking to them 3 times and leaving voicemails.. now absolutely nothing today since I called him out on his lies. Now I have to waste my time, gas and lose work hours to show up personally to speak with the Dr. and hope I get my anxiety script that Ive been out of for a week because of their poor work ethics.
