Went out of their way to figure out my prescription here, Amazing staff! Thank you! Unfortunately though, all for nothing because SVS eye center wasn't able to correctly make the glasses. Stay clear of SVS vision!

They overcharged us and after 10 calls to the billing department and the office they still dont adjust it. They had told us they will bill 115, but they charged $316. They basically look at patients as cash cows rather than human beings. The wait time is more than an hour.

They sechudled my appointment at 10:20 am. I showed up signed in and was told to have a seat someone will call my name.
11:00 am no one calls my name I went to the front desk and was told what do you want to reschedule.
No respect for others time in my opinion they only care about over scheduling and collecting the money.
